  • Designed and developed self-paced e-learning for cooperatives, agri retailers, and other agribusinesses in the supply chains of IFC clients.

  • Designed and developed instructor-led, learner-centered training for agribusinesses.

  • Designed and developed training-of-trainers program, including training on facilitation and coaching skills.
